Raising awareness of origin and organic quality
Visitors to the Advent market always know exactly which BIO AUSTRIA farmers or BIO AUSTRIA partners have produced the high-quality organic ingredients for the dish they want. These are presented in photo galleries at the individual food stands. "This brings the producers and their food in front of the curtain and promotes appreciation for the special organic quality,"
