Asparagus in the oven - for a wonderful evening after work

Boiled, roasted or even raw asparagus is always a real treat. Preparing it in the oven was new to us. An experience that we would like to share with you.
Anyone who loves asparagus will be delighted. Today's dish is not only wonderfully intense, but also very easy to prepare on the go. Ideal if you want to fill up on nutrients in the evening after a busy day.
But enough of the long introduction - let's get to work! The right music is also highly recommended in a situation like this. Apron and lipstick not absolutely necessary, but nice.
What we need
green asparagus
Conblauch
bacon potato
Cocktail tomatoes
Sheep's cheese
Herbs to taste - dried or fresh
Olive oil
Vinegar, lemon juice, a little honey, salt, pepper
💚 Heat the oven to fan-assisted, 180 degrees
Cut the unpeeled potato into wedges
💚 Cut the garlic into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and marinate with olive oil
💚 Place in the oven for 25 minutes - turn the potato about halfway through the baking time
💚 In the meantime, remove the woody ends from the asparagus and add the tomatoes
💚 Top with herbs and olive oil
💚 After 25 minutes, add to the potatoes on the baking tray
Bake for 10 minutes
💚 Top with feta cheese and bake for another 5 minutes
💚 Make a marinade from the lemon, vinegar, olive oil and honey and season with salt and pepper to taste
💚 After baking, marinate the whole glory and eat fresh
Have fun!
