Taking drinking water bottles from home instead of buying plastic bottles is easy on the wallet and saves plastic.
It's so simple and yet we (myself included) don't always take it to heart - but more and more often. If you're out and about and thirsty, you can simply take a drinking water bottle with you on every trip instead of buying plastic bottles on site. There are already many refill stations where you can get fresh drinking water. You save plastic and also energy that has to be used for production and transportation. Simple, isn't it? You just have to think about it and have a handbag that's big enough.
