Groove with us in the fall blues 🍁

The days are getting inexorably shorter, the barometer is falling and with it our mood - but you don't have to accept that. So what should we do? Do we declare war on the autumn blues or do we try to welcome it warmly and gently put it in its place?

We in the pro.earth editorial team have opted for the latter and also provide the instructions... yes, that's us.

- Make yourself comfortable
If we have to retreat into our caves, then they should at least be as cozy as possible. So, depending on whether you prefer tea lights, fluffy blankets, old-school jazz, atmospheric lighting or the scent of incense - treat yourself!

- Go out whatever the weather
Admittedly, the saying "bad weather, bad clothes" is really overused, but it is certainly justified.

- Get enough sleep
In summer, we are once again pulling an all-nighter - but a few exceptions certainly promote well-being.

- Eat well
Anyone who thinks that it always has to be hearty in winter hasn't quite got it right - winter vegetables such as pumpkin, sweet potato, cabbage, root vegetables and kale warm us up from the inside and make our journey to the next bikini figure less difficult.

- Stay in touch
In summer, a lot of things happen outside and we run into people by chance, meet them at the outdoor pool or in the pub garden - fine. Then indoors in winter. Invite your friends over! Games evenings, kitchen parties, coffee mornings, a literary circle - it doesn't matter what, it works wonders! If that's not so easy for you - join a club. Whether it's table tennis, chess, choir singing or lace-making - whatever your heart desires... being together with loved ones is a cornerstone of well-being, according to the latest findings of happiness research.

And if you still have time, let yourself go and indulge in the blues!!! 🍁🔥💚
